Queer & Non-Monogamous (QNM)
Therapy Group
QNM is a therapy group offering transition and education support for LGBTQIA+ people who are either opening up their relationships, currently navigating non-monogamous relationships, or exploring non-monogamy as an individual. Non-monogamy can shine a spotlight on one's deepest relationship insecurities and fears, as well as highlighting strengths. It can difficult for anyone, but navigating those challenges as a queer or trans person creates added layers of complication. This group seeks to provide community support and educational opportunity for participants as they newly navigate the challenges and joys of non-monogamy.
