Therapy is a journey that can have a profound impact on one's life. As your therapist, I'll begin our work by learning how your experiences, identities, family history, and external factors combine to make up all of the complexity of you. Because each person brings unique experiences to their process, therapy will look different for each individual. 

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of our work and I work to create a space that is safe, affirming, and open. As a cis queer white man, I strive to cultivate an anti-oppressive practice that interrogates the systemic and structural issues that impact mental health.
