You Deserve the chance to heal
Individual and relationship therapy for people ready to know themselves more deeply — and live more fully.

Services
Individual Therapy
Therapy is a journey toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and compassion. We'll work collaboratively to develop a plan that supports your growth and healing — tailored for your personal needs and goals.
Relationship Counseling
Relationship therapy provides a space to build trust, intimacy, and to strengthen compassion and communication. I offer affirming counseling to you and your partner by focusing on the mutual cultivation of empathy and curiosity.
My Approach
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS is a therapeutic modality that provides an opportunity to get to know the many parts of ourselves with curiosity. Rather than pathologizing symptoms, IFS invites compassionate openness toward them, revealing their protective intentions and creating space for deeper healing.
LGBTQ+ Affirming Support
I have long focused on working with individuals who exist outside of normative sexual and gender identities. In addition to extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ folks, I also specialize in working with those who identify with or are exploring nonmonogamy, BDSM, and sex positivity.
A Focus on Healthy Masculinity
For many men, the pressure to be stoic, self-sufficient, and in control can become a cage. I offer a confidential, honest space to explore emotions, relationships, and patterns — including support for those navigating compulsive or unwanted sexual behaviors.
If you have been struggling and feel isolated, or if you want to cultivate greater self-awareness and self-compassion, I invite you to reach out to me.
