A Space for Healthy Masculinity & Healing
Renewing Our Relationship With Strength
For many of us in western culture, the roadmap for men is often defined by silence and self-reliance. We are taught that to be strong is to be stoic, and that vulnerability is weakness. But this isolation can become a cage that prevents us from healing, building healthy relationships, and achieving our goals.
Cultivating Connection
Therapy offers a confidential space to explore the unique pressures you face. Together, we'll work to create a safe environment to explore and heal aspects of yourself that have been getting in the way of your relationships, goals, and happiness.
Compulsive or Unwanted Sexual Behaviors
Our therapy can provide a non-judgmental opportunity to explore your relationship with sex, dating and masturbation. Together, we can help you develop greater self-awareness and self-compassion without further stigma or pathologization. If you are struggling with using sexuality as a coping mechanism, seeking validation through sex and dating, or having trouble controlling unwanted behaviors, I invite you to reach out to me for support.
A Path to Healing
If you are ready to explore a new path towards self-compassion and confidence, I am here to support you. Let's work together to build the life you deserve.
Accountability, Repair & Healing After Harm
I also work with individuals who have caused harm or engaged in harmful behaviors, offering a compassionate place to explore the impacts on others and to pursue healing.
Together we can explore themes like accountability, repair, grief, and anger in service of building safer, stronger relationships. I have years of experience working with individuals who are navigating these issues, and am a trained restorative justice facilitator.
The First Step Can Be the Hardest
