Online Therapy in Colorado

I provide online therapy across Colorado. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified IFS Therapist, one of a small number practicing in the state. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, and other issues and specialize in working with men, couples, and LGBTQ+ adults.

Who I Work With in Colorado

My Colorado clients come from Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, Golden, Arvada, and Colorado Springs. Coloradans often prize their independence, but that strength can have a cost. Many build careers and strong outdoors habits, but still find themselves isolated. Therapy is a place to work with the parts of you that keep pushing through instead of feeling.

IFS Therapy in Colorado

IFS does not ask you to perform openness. It gets curious about the parts of you that stay busy, minimize, or go quiet, and treats them as protective rather than broken. For people who pride themselves on handling things alone, that reframe changes what therapy feels like. Certified IFS therapists are rare in Colorado, and you can read about my full training path on the IFS page, and verify it through the IFS Institute directory.
